Web-based Shopping Cart System

At the core of ROC Webstore is a sophisticated Web-based Shopping Cart system, providing access to a product catalog, tracking selections, and showing real time product availability, pricing, and special handling charges. The Shopping Cart check out process is fully integrated with the payment gateway interface.

Product Catalog

The Product Catalog may include pictures of each product, price levels by product, quantity restrictions, and a variety of product grouping and other master file parameters that control how each product or product group is sold and shipped.

Product Search Engine

Our Product Search Engine provides up to 10 definable search categories, including product name, price, product category, and seven user-definable categories to help your customers quickly and easily find the product they require.

Site Administrator Functions

Site Administrator functions provide internal control for content management, self administration, day-to-day webstore maintenance, customer master file settings, and item catalog parameters. A variety of reports can be generated, providing sales analysis and financial reconciliation and control.

Robust Payment Gateway Interface

The ROC Webstore also comes complete with a robust Payment Gateway interface, allowing online use of credit cards for payment processing, in conjunction with the payment processing engine used by your financial services
provider.

Interface Engine

ROC Webstore runs within the framework of our industry-leading interface engine, termed Partners. The Partners module allows us to quickly and easily create electronic data exchanges with other systems currently in use. ROC Webstore is normally interfaced, via Partners, with internal accounting and order management systems and the warehouse management system that runs fulfillment.

Customer Order History

Customer Order History is available to individual customers to help reorder products that they have enjoyed in the past and to provide online order tracking options.

User Profile

The User Profile provides options for user name and password creation and tracks many reusable user fields for frequent shoppers. The user profile and payment gateway include a high level of security, meeting the most stringent requirements.
