  Fred Radcliffe - President

Fred is the President of Robocom Systems and based in the Markham, Ontario office. Considered by many customers and industry consultants to be a specialist in innovative supply chain systems design, Fred has guided the overall design and engineering of many of Robocom’s products. Under Fred’s direction, the company developed many new ideas, including freight optimization, attribute tracking within the food industry and web-based order management.   Fred founded Radcliffe Systems in 1991 and became part of Robocom in 2007 when acquired by Robocom. Fred has been actively involved with the supply chain software business for over 25 years.


Robocom Team MemberRichard Adamo – Vice President Customer Services
Rich manages our customer relationships and has been involved in Robocom's projects and implementations since 1997. Responsible for all contractual issues and overall project coordination with team members, Rich’s responsibilities include managing, scheduling, and coordinating resources necessary for successful on-time, on-budget implementations.   Prior to joining Robocom, Rich spent 7 years as Director of Inventory Management at the Estée Lauder Companies where he was part of a 14 site WMS rollout implementation team. Rich was also part of an interdepartmental taskforce at Henry Schein where he was responsible for the design of a custom WMS.


Robocom Team MemberRick Register – Vice President
Rick joined Robocom in 2011 following the acquisition of Cambar Solutions. Rick leads Robocom's marketing activities and is responsible for business development  within new and existing Robocom accounts.  Rick was with Cambar Solutions for 26 years where he served in a variety of technical, consulting, sales and executive management roles including President and COO. Rick’s tenure has enabled him to develop deep knowledge of the distribution industry and establish a trusted advisor relationship with many of our clients. Rick has worked with many of the world’s leading distribution companies creating solutions to core business challenges.


Robocom Team MemberBryan Wright – Vice President
Bryan joined Robocom in 2011 following the acquisition of Wright Business Solutions. Bryan is responsible for Robocom’s business development activities in the third party logistics, publishing and transportation industries with both new and existing Robocom accounts.  Prior to joining Robocom in 2011, Bryan was the founder and owner of Wright Business Solutions. Bryan brings 26 years of warehousing and logistics software experience to Robocom including operational and best practice experience in the third party logistics and transportation industries. Bryan also has significant technical experience including the design of Robocom’s Software As A Service (SaaS) products.
